Screen Printing
Due to the printing process, Screen Printing is most cost effective when printing
on more than 12 garments at a time.  The process is called “Screen Printing”,
because each color is printed with a different “Screen” of ink.
 
Minimum Quantities
12 Garments for 1 Color, 24 Garments for 2-4 Colors,
50 Garments for 5-6 Colors and 100 Garments for 7-8 Colors.
 
Tips to Reduce Screen Printing Costs 
Use fewer colors, print only on one side of the garment,
order light colored garments (White or Ash) and order larger quantities.
